After filleting, we section each side of each fish, then vacuum pack and freeze in bags individually labeled such that we could each prove the size and species of each fish to the fish cops if asked.

We were boarded once and checked twice more! The cops were pretty friendly, but thorough. Justine tends to attract their curiousity.
